A fruitful meeting was held at the GSEZDC Headquarters between the GSEZDC team and representatives of China Construction Technology Consulting Group (CCTC), a leading Chinese construction regulator and design organization, to deliberate on strategic areas of collaboration. Discussions centered on four key themes: first, smart design and riverside development, where CCTC expressed strong interest in engaging with the zone’s modern urban development initiatives; second, contractor engagement, with CCTC indicating its intention to introduce qualified Chinese contractors for projects within and potentially beyond the GSEZ; third, support through sub-developers, where emphasis was placed on involving enterprises capable of leveraging CCTC’s technical expertise; and fourth, mobilization of investors, as GSEZDC encouraged CCTC to attract Chinese investors to seize the significant opportunities in industrial, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.
