The 9th Regular Session of the 4th Annual Assembly of the 6th Caffee of the Oromia Regional State officially commenced at the Caffee Hall in Adama, marking a pivotal moment for regional governance and development strategy. H.E. Shimelis Abdisa, President of the Oromia National Regional State, emphasized that “the region has witnessed comprehensive economic progress across multiple sectors. He underscored the urgency of accelerating the completion of ongoing projects in 2018 with unwavering commitment to speed, quality, and innovation, in order to honor the promises made to the people four years ago. The President called upon all regional leaders and public servants to intensify their efforts, working tirelessly and with renewed purpose to eradicate poverty and achieve their institutional and developmental mandates with accountability and determination.” H.E. also underscored the progress of Gada Special Economic Zone in permitting big investments into the zone.
